Reservations

  • Reservations can be made through the reserve a table button at the bottom.

  • Party of up to 5: Book online

  • A 20% service surcharge will be added to all purchases to support our Heart of House Team. In support of San Mateo County employer mandated expenses, an additional 2.5% fee will be added. Thank you.

  • Parties of 6 or more, Email your request to reservations@cooleatz.com

  • Please do not call, as you will be asked to use email contact for large parties.

  • Cancelations close to the time of your reservation have a great impact on us and the staff’s viability, we are a small restaurant...

  • We ask that if you need, please cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation time to allow others to book the table. Thank You!

  • Please Arrive On Time. We begin service at your reservation time and allow 2 hours. Arriving late makes us rush, we don’t want that, and have a second reservation to respect!

  • Late Arrival: Your table is be held for 10 minutes after reservation time, then offered to walk ins should you not arrive in time.

  • Vegan or Kids menu. We do not offer a special but your server can point out dishes for you. We cannot change the menu.

  • Dietary Restrictions: We do our best to offer options for all…but often cannot change menu items.

  • Corkage Fee: $45 per 750 ml with a 2 bottle maximum, and $90 per 1,500 ml with a 1 bottle maximum.

  • We do not accept bottles on our list for corkage.

  • Pre-opened Wine: According to the ABC, open wine cannot be brought to dinner.

  • Cake cutting fee is $15 per guest.

  • Phone: During busy hours,  5:30 -9:00 pm we often can’t answer phones.
